How do I order a Nappy Hero subscription?
It’s easy to order a Nappy Hero subscription! Once you go to the order page, simply select a suitable diaper model, size, and how often you’d like the diapers delivered to your home. Then register and fill in your contact information, and you’re done!
How can I change my Nappy Hero subscription?
You can change the frequency of your deliveries, diaper size or contact information, or cancel your subscription by logging into “My Account” at the top right-hand corner.
What happens once I’ve placed my order for a Nappy Hero subscription?
Once you have placed your order, we will process your payment and you will receive an email confirming your payment. You can edit your information or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into “My Account” on the Muumi Baby webpage. We will process your order based on your chosen delivery frequency. We will send you an e-mail reminder 4 days before your next order. You will also receive an email notification of other important information about your order, such as if a product is out of stock, if you have cancelled your order, or if your order has been successfully processed.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by logging in to your muumibaby.fi account under “My Account” and clicking “Cancel order”. Your order status will change to Cancelled, and you will not be charged. You can reactivate your order at any time. If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription completely, please contact our customer service at muumibaby.asiakaspalvelu@delipap.fi, and we will remove the subscription from your orders.
How do I order a Nappy Hero subscription for two or more children?
It is easy to order a Nappy Hero subscription for more tha one children. You can choose the products and the sizes which you need from our product selection. So if you need both open diapers for a your littel newborn and Walkers pant diapers for the more adventurous hero in the family, choose the appropriate diaper sizes from our product listing and place your order.
You can also combine our other products, such as Helmi Baby wet wipes, with the same order. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. You can edit your information, change the diaper size or cancel your order at any time by logging in to the Moomin Baby page under “My Account”. We will send you an email reminder 4 days before your next order.
