The Muumibaby.fi online store currently only serves residents of Finland. We are unable to process orders from outside of Finland. If you would like to order Muumi Baby diapers from abroad, you can place an order via Amazon UK / Amazon DE
Our website is meant only for consumer use. A consumer is a person who wishes to purchase our products for personal use and not for business purposes. We reserve the right to reject your order if we have reason to suspect that you are purchasing our products for business purposes.
Prices and fees
All prices on the Muumi Baby website contain Finnish value-added tax (VAT) and any delivery fees will be added to your order at checkout.
We reserve the right to make changes to product prices and delivery fees. Changes will not apply to orders for which we have already sent email confirmation.
Discounts and offers
Discounts and/or campaign prices may occasionally be offered on the Muumibaby.fi website. We reserve the right to end any special offer or discount at any time without separate notice (this does not apply to orders we have already send a order confimation email). All offers will be subject to availability and offers can be changed or cancelled as necessary.
Orders and payment
How to purchase online
Add the product(s) you want to your cart. Before you go to checkout, you can view your order details (including a total price, VAT and delivery charges) and make any changes if you wish.
In order to complete your order, continue to checkout. Complete your order by entering your billing, delivery, and payment information. Once you have placed your order, you will receive order confirmation by email. The delivery address can be different from the billing address, but please note that the delivery and billing address must be in the same country (Finland).
To view your previous orders, go to “My Account” and click on “My orders” to see a list of all of your previous orders. To view a certain order, click the order on the list and then click “View order”. You can also place an order again in My account.
We only accept customers with a valid credit card from credit card providers approved by Muumi Baby/Delipap Oy. You must provide the required accurate and up-to-date payment information that confirms that you are the person specified in the billing information.
Our payment services are managed by Stripe. All payments take place securely in an authenticated environment.
Available payment options include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
If you have received a damaged or faulty product and would like to make a complaint, contact us through our website and we will investigate. Damaged or faulty products will either be replaced or a refund will be awarded to your bank or credit card. Muumi Baby (Delipap Oy) is responsible for additional costs arising from accepted complaints.
Updating account details
If you wish to change your password or your account details, click “Account details” and select either view or edit.
