Returns and order cancellation

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, you can always return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive a full refund excluding delivery costs paid for delivery. Refunds are only given on condition that all products are returned in unopened and intact original packaging without wearing them, using them or washing them.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Before returning a product, please fill out the returns form that is included in the package delivery. On the form, please give the reason for the return, your contact information and order details (e.g. order number) and send the completed form back with the return package. 
  2. Pack the products in a suitable bag/box. We hope that you take the environment into consideration and re-use old packaging where possible in order to keep waste to a minimum.
  3. Send the products back to us by post or using a delivery partner of your choice. We are not responsible for the products until they arrive, so please use a recorded post service to ensure that your package arrives safely.   4. Muumi Baby (Delipap Oy) is not responsible for delivery costs for returned products. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to track your returns, but if you have any questions, we will do our best to help you.
  5. Once we have received your returned products, we will contact you if we have any questions about the return.
  6. If your order was paid using a bank or credit card, the refund will be paid to the same card once we have processed the return.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your monthly order at any time from your customer account or by contacting our customer service muumimaby.asiakaspalvelu@delipap.fi

 

If your order has already been sent, you are responsible for returning the products to Muumi Baby (Delipap Oy) in accordance with the returns instructions above. If the products you ordered have already been delivered, we will follow the usual returns procedure, which you can find under the “How to return a product” section above.
